The Ranavav Plant is a cutting edge cement manufacturing unit that utilizes state-of-the-art Pre-calciner Technology, featuring both In-Line Calciner (ILC) and Separate Line Calciner (SLC) systems for pyro-processing.
Our Ranavav plant is equipped with advanced machinery and
control systems to ensure superior quality and efficiency.
Highlights include an electrostatic precipitator and a glass bag
house for minimizing stack emissions, a Quality Control lab with
an x-ray analyser, and a PLC-based computerized system for
maintaining consistently high output standards.
The recent modernization, along with the new captive power plant
operating on various fuels like coal, pet coke, and lignite, has
significantly improved quality, reliability, and consistency
while reducing emission levels.
